At Citron Softwares, we respect your privacy and provide a clear path for users to manage their data. Parents and teachers can request deletion of their app account and associated personal information.

To delete your data, enter your registered mobile number. An OTP will be sent for verification.

What Data Will Be Deleted?
  • User Profile Information (User ID & encrypted password)
  • App Preferences & notification settings
  • Device identifiers & push notification tokens
Important – School Records
  • Academic records (attendance, marks, fees) are stored in the School ERP.
  • Deleting the app account will not remove official school data unless requested at the school office.
